Lori Smith Docherty joined Pacific Union in early 2003 with over 15 years of executive-level marketing experience. Combining business acumen with an in-depth knowledge of the San Francisco market, particularly Sea Cliff, Marina, Presidio Heights, Pacific Heights and Cow Hollow, Lori has established herself as a top producer and specialist in the purchase and sale of luxury properties.
Lori is currently a member of the Estates Division of Pacific Union and part of the Linder Docherty team with partner Betsy Linder. The Linder Docherty Team work out of the Presidio office and have established themselves as Sales Leaders at Pacific Union and one of the top GMAC teams in the nation.
Before joining Pacific Union, Lori spearheaded marketing for companies as diverse as the San Jose Sharks, Visa USA, and several technology companies. She believes that each client deserves a clear return on their investment - from investment in a new home to investment in time working with a real estate professional. To that point, Lori works to provide exceptional, comprehensive service from start to finish. A native of the Bay Area, Lori's familiarity and passion for San Francisco make for an informed and robust search. She makes the process straightforward, painless and, importantly, enjoyable.
Lori has become recognized as family home specialist. As a arent, she applies her first-hand knowledge to help families find the perfect home, and her tips have appeared in San Francisco's 7X7 magazine. Whatever the specific situation, Lori provides each client with highly individualized service.
A great multi-tasker, she balances client needs with her outside interests in skiing, scuba diving, and photography. Lori is also a passionate philanthropist and has dedicated a significant amount of time to Bay Area organizations over the years, including the American Cancer Association, Flying Doctors, and the San Jose Sharks Foundation. She continues to give back to the community in which she lives and works by making a donation to a non-profit organization for every Pacific Union transaction she successfully closes.
